A selkie is a seal that comes ashore, takes off its skin to be a person for a while, then puts it back on and goes back to sea. Each of these plugins turns one thing into another, which is close enough. They're AUv3 plugins for iOS, and I made them because I needed them at gigs.

Sing or hum into it and it plays whatever MIDI instrument you point it at, a few tens of milliseconds behind your voice. It runs in Loopy Pro, AUM or any Host that takes an AUv3 effect, or on its own as a MIDI source.

A Host gives a plugin a small window, and on stage you're a metre away from it. So the things you need mid-song are big, and the things you set once sit further down.
None of the plugins make network requests. There's nothing to sign in to and nothing to sync. Your audio stays in your Host.
